Please read these Terms carefully before using Phenoble Agent. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to connect any Salesforce org you link to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@phenoble.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free Plan: Users on the Free Plan may submit up to 100 natural language queries per account. The Free Plan is provided as-is for individual evaluation purposes. Phenoble reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free Plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Custom/Paid Plans: Custom plans are available through a direct engagement with Phenoble. Pricing, query limits, SLA terms, and features are agreed upon separately in writing. Paid plans are governed by any additional Order Form or Statement of Work signed between you and Phenoble.
Phenoble reserves the right to change pricing for any plan with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid customers.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Phenoble enforces SELECT-only SOQL queries and blocks DML operations (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) except for explicitly supported actions (e.g., adding notes). You may not attempt to bypass these restrictions.
You retain full ownership of your Salesforce data. By connecting a Salesforce org, you grant Phenoble permission to access that org's data on your behalf, solely to fulfil your query requests within the Service.
You can disconnect your Salesforce org at any time from the Dashboard, which immediately revokes Phenoble's access and removes your stored credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your Salesforce org and that doing so does not violate any agreements with Salesforce or your employer.
The Service uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) to interpret your questions and generate SOQL queries and responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case.
You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated outputs before acting on them. Phenoble does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any query result or AI response. Do not rely on the Service as a sole source of truth for business-critical decisions without independent verification.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of Phenoble Software and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Phenoble's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
"Salesforce" is a registered trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Phenoble Software is an independent software vendor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Phenoble does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that query results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phenoble Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Phenoble's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Phenoble in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100 for free plan users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phenoble Software and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Phenoble may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. For paid plan customers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuation. For Free Plan users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but are not obligated to do so.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@phenoble.com.
Phenoble may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
