    Link your org with standard Salesforce OAuth. Phenoble Agent never sees or stores your password, and the refresh token that keeps the connection alive is encrypted at rest with AES-256.

    Ask in plain English

    Type a question the way you'd ask a colleague, such as "Which accounts have no open opportunities this quarter?" No SOQL, no report builder, and no admin help required.

    The agent writes the query

    Phenoble Agent uses OpenAI GPT-4o to translate your question into a precise SOQL query. Only your question and the relevant object and field names are sent to the model, never your records.

    Run it and get the answer

    The query runs inside your Salesforce org and the result comes back in chat as a clean table or list. On the free plan it is read-only (SELECT only); the Custom plan can also create, update, and delete.

How it works, answered

How does Phenoble Agent turn my question into a query?

Phenoble Agent sends your plain-English question, plus the relevant Salesforce object and field names, to OpenAI GPT-4o, which writes a SOQL query. The query is then run inside your Salesforce org through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the result is returned in chat.

What happens to my Salesforce data?

Your Salesforce records stay in your org. Only your question and the relevant object and field names are sent to OpenAI to build the query, and the query itself runs inside Salesforce. We do not store, log, or train on your CRM data.

Can Phenoble Agent change or delete my data?

On the free plan, no. It is read-only and generates SELECT queries only, so it is safe to explore. The Custom plan can be configured to create, update, and delete records, so the agent can take action in Salesforce, not just report on it.

How do I connect my Salesforce org?

You connect through standard Salesforce OAuth, so no passwords are stored. The refresh token used to maintain the connection is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
